Our teams are open to all riders, regardless of financial situation.

If you need assistance to help cover the costs, please complete this Google form. You can also apply for NICA Financial Assistance (both national and WI league) before registering for the season to cover league registration and festival weekend fees (where races will take place).

Total fees for 2025:

$230 ($50 NICA fee, $75 Wisconsin League fee, $5 tech fee, and $100* team fee). Team fees cover fun activities like ice cream rides and pizza rides, end of season banquets, race day nutrition, and team swag (like awesome MTB socks and a super comformfortable t-shirt). Team fees do not include race fees or race jerseys (ordered separately).

*Please note that our $100 team fee is on a sliding scale ($0 – 100). Pay what you can.

STEP 1 / Complete your Team’s Interest Form

Once our Team Directors have your information, they will work to get invited into NICA Pit Zone where you’ll complete Step 2.

STEP 2 / NICA Pit Zone

After we receive your rider registration from our site, our team directors will send an email invite to sign up through NICA’s “Pitzone” system – complete the Pitzone registration and pay the $40 NICA Membership fee, $50 Wisconsin League Membership fee, and $5 tech fee.

Pitzone registration must be complete before a student-athlete can participate as part of our teams.

STEP 3 / Team Registration FORM & TEAM FeeS

Once you’re registered in NICA Pit Zone your Team Director or Head Coach will provide a final Registration Form link. There, you’ll pay your *$100 team fee and provide critical info about your student-athlete, emergency contacts, shirts (and socks) size, etc.
